Unit Sought: Included:All full-time and regular part-time shop foremen, field technicians, shop technicians, yard technicians, telematic personnel, and CDL and non-CDL drivers employed by the Employer and employed at, assigned to and/or dispatched from the Employer’s Milwaukee facility located at 11721 W Carmen Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53225. Excluded: all employees employed at, assigned to, or dispatched from any other Employer location, facility, branch, yard, or jobsite; and further excluded are all clerical employees, salespeople, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and par-time non-faculty staff who are not "professional employees" as defined by Section 2(12) of the Act and who are employed by the Employer at its St. Paul, MN campus. Excluded: Casual staff, temporary staff, faculty, professional employees (including but not limited to chaplins, accountants, and graphic designers), athletic staff, medical staff employed at the Employers Hamre center for Health and Wellness, managers, confidential employees and guards and supervisors as defined int eh Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All full and regular part time service technicians, used car technicians and lube techs employed by the employer at their facility located at 801 S. Westwood Blvd location. Excluded: All sales employees, parts employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Facility Maintenance and Administrative employees, including, but not limited to, HVAC, Plumber, and Electrician Technicians employed by the employer and working at or out of its facility located at Terminal 8, John F. Kennedy International Airport in Jamaica, New York. Excluded: All other employees

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time field locating technicians that are part of the AT&T Fiber crew, including subclassifications of technician trainee, technician 1, technician 2, technician 3, technician 4, senior technician, lead technician, expert technician, and master technician, employed by the Employer in the West Chicago District facility located at 600 Commons Drive, Suite 109 in Aurora, Illinois. Excluded: All employees who are not part of the AT&T Fiber crew, managerial employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees.
