Excluded: Supervisory, managerial, and Nursing Administration employees. Proposed: Included: All full-time, part-time, and per diem staff nurses & RN Case Managers working in the Mary Bridge NICU. Excluded: Supervisory, managerial, and Nursing Administration employees. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for all full-time and part-time staff nurses working in the Mary Bridge Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (hereinafter referred to as the NICU), excluding supervisory and managerial employees, employees assigned to Nursing Administration and all other employees.

Proposed: Included: Registered nurses employed by the Hospital as regular full-time, part-time, and per diem staff nurses. Excluded: Supervisory and Nursing Administration employees. The Hospital recognizes the Association as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for all registered nurses employed by the Hospital as regular full-time and part-time staff nurses, excluding supervisory and managerial employees, employees assigned to Nursing Administration, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Present: Included: All registered nurses employed in the Hospital as staff nurses and Home Health nurses. Virtual RNs if employed. Proposed: Included: All registered nurses employed in the Hospital as staff nurses and Home Health nurses. Virtual RNs if employed. Should virtual RNs become employed by and work for Good Samaritan Hospital, in the manner defined above, they shall be considered part of this bargaining unit.

Unit Sought: Included: Terminal operators employed by the Employer at and/or out of its Sugar Creek, Missouri, Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Ottumwa, Iowa Facilities. Excluded: All other employees, including temporary employees, warehouse employees, office and clerical employees, technical, and professional employees, drivers, managerial employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Plumbers and Plumber Helpers employed by the Employer out of its office currently located at 9526 Corsair Road, Frankfort, IL 60423. Excluded: All other employees, clericals, guards, professional employees, managerial employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.
