Performance Budget Justification

These documents combine the National Labor Relations Board's budget estimates and Annual Performance Plans for the fiscal years listed below.

Board Decisions Issued

The Board sets policy for the Agency primarily through adjudication. Members review cases on appeal from Administrative Law Judges and Regional Directors. This chart shows annual Board output in contested cases, separating Unfair Labor Practice cases (C Cases) from cases involving elections and questions of representation (R Cases).

Election Reports

The following reports list all elections conducted in the NLRB’s regions. Elections are counted in the month in which the outcome is certified. The reporting format changed as of April 2011, when regions moved to a new case processing system. Monthly reports are in PDF format.
