The National Labor Relations Board is currently in shutdown/furlough due to a lapse in appropriations. NLRB headquarters and all field offices are closed. This website remains available to the public but is not actively maintained during the shutdown. Accordingly, the E-Filing applications (E-Filing, Online Charge and Petition, and My Account Portal) remain available. Documents E-filed during the shutdown will be processed once normal operations resume.

Please note that due dates to file or serve most documents continue to be tolled during the period of the shutdown. However, the due dates for filing unfair labor practice charges and certain representation petitions cannot be tolled. Click here for more information.

E-Filing Service Desk

Contact us

The E-Filing Service Desk provides members of the public with E-Filing system support.  The E-Filing Service Desk is available to handle your support requests Monday-Friday from 7am to 7pm Eastern Time (ET), not including federal holidays.

  • You can email our E-Filing Service Desk support at E-Filing@nlrb.gov
  • You can call a Service Desk Agent at 1-913-728-0634

If we are unable to answer your telephone call immediately, an E-Filing Service Desk Agent will return your call as soon as possible.  Most responses will occur on the same business day during our hours of operation from 7am to 7pm Eastern Time.  Support requests that are received after 7pm Monday – Friday, on weekends, or on holidays, will be responded to on the next business day.

When we receive your call or email, the E-Filing Service Desk will record your support request and provide you with a ticket number.  When your support request is resolved, please complete the customer satisfaction survey that will be sent to you.

We look forward to assisting you and receiving your feedback about our services.
