Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, telecommunications employees, watchmen, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. Description of Proposed Unit Included: All full-time and regular part time power division employees employed by the Employer and working at or out of its facility located on Prince of Wales Island, Alaska, including all power operations superintendents, journeymen linemen, apprentice linemen, power plant superintendents, operations technicians, power plant operators, power operations electricians, and equipment operators. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, telecommunications employees, watchmen, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Fulltime and regular Part-time employees employed by the employer as FOC Supervisors at the Goddard Space Flight Center (NASA) located in Greenbelt Maryland. Excluded: All clerical employees, all managerial employees, all professional employees, all guards and supervisors as defined by the act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Full-time, regular part-time and per diem Professional employees in the Optum San Diego Public Sector Utilization Management Department, including Behavioral Care Advocate and Lead Behavioral Care Advocate employed by the employer working remotely but headquartered at, or also located at, 3131 Camino Del Rio North, Suite 700, San Diego, 92108; Amour Globe into the Optum San Diego Public Sector Access and Crisis Line Bargaining Unit. Excluded: All other employees, other represented employees, managerial employees, confidential employees and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
