Unit Sought: Included: The petitioner currently represents all production employees, reliability technicians, instrumentation technicians, electricians, and storeroom clerk and persons performing duties of the type covered by the Schedule of Wages and Job Classification, Exhibit A, attached hereto, employed by the Company at its Kalama, Washington, Plant. This petition seeks a self-determination election for the laboratory technicians. Excluded: All other employees including office clerical, temporary, contractors, guards, professional employees and supervisors as laid out in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: A combined unit of professional and non=professional full-time and regular employees employed by Rivers of Steel in Homestead, PA Excluded: All temporary employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by The Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Baristas, Shift Supervisors. Excluded: Store Managers, Asst. Store Managers, office clericals, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
