Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem professional, and non-professional employees employed by the Employer at the Madison Behavioral Health Treatment Center in the following job classifications: Group A (RN/Pros): Therapist I, Therapist II, Registered Nurse, Dietician, Case Manager Group B (Non-Pros): Behavioral Specialist I, Behavioral Specialist II, Clinic Assistant Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, employees represented by other labor organizations, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: all employees employed by the Company in its Plant, Commercial, or Traffic Department at its Matthews, Marshville, Wadesboro, Norwood, Pine Bluff, Laurel Hill, Waxhaw, Granite Quarry, Denton, Mooresville, Tryon, Old Town, and Aberdeen facilities. Excluded: all engineers, computer operators, managerial employees, professional employees, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees.
