Unit Sought: Included: all non-supervisory, full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer. Excluded: Managers, supervisors, confidential employees, and guards as defined by the Act. The parties’ voluntary recognition agreement identified that the eligibility of the following Classifications has not been resolved: Program Manager, Administrative Manager, Provider Training and Support Coordinator, Programs Administration Manager, Tuition Assistance Program Manager, Training Program Manager, Peer Mentor Manager, Technical Training Support Manager. The parties have since agreed to the inclusion of the Programs Administration Manager and the Program Manager. The following classifications identified in(9 )remain contested: Wellness Manager, Peer Mentorship Program Manager, Technical Training Support Manager, Small Business Support Manager, Child Development Manager, and Tuition Assistance Program Manager.
