Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time employees who work as Front Desk employees, Front Desk SOD, Climbing Coaches, Climbing Instructors (summer or otherwise), Yoga Instructors, Retail Specialists, Gateway Instructors, and all other regular part-time and full-time nonexempt positions employed by the Employer at and out of its Movement San Francisco facility located at 924 Old Mason Street, San Francisco, California. EXCLUDED: All office clericals, managers, assistant managers, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, including Gym Director, Assistant Gym Director, Retail Manager, Head Routesetter, Regional Facilities Manager, Facilities Coordinator, Head Coach, Professional Employees, Confidential Employees, and Marketing Lead.
