Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem Registered Nurses employed by the Employer at its 2233 W. Division Street Chicago, IL 60622 facility. Excluded: All other employees, including RNs employed by registries or other agencies providing outside labor to the Employer, Advanced Practice RNs, office clerical employees, nurse administrators, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors within the meaning of the Act. Per diem/floater/casual RNs are eligible if they regularly average 4 or more hours of work per week during the 13-week period immediately preceding the May 15, 2026 eligibility date.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time Logistic Analysts and Maintenance Clerks employed by the Employer at its 3870 Hendricks Rd, Youngstown, Ohio 44515 and 427 Thacher Lane, Youngstown, Ohio 44515 locations. Excluded: All management employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other bargaining unit employees represented by Chauffeurs, Teamsters, Warehousemen and Helpers Teamsters Local No. 377.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time or regular part time employees in the classification of Audio Engineer who have worked for the Employer on at least two productions for at least a total of five (5) working days over a one-year period preceding May 12, 2026, or at least a total of fifteen (15) days over a two-year period preceding May 12, 2026. Excluded: All other employees including but not limited to office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.
