Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time Protection & Controls Technologist Associate, Protection & Controls Technologist, Protection & Controls Technologist Senior employed by American Electric Power, but excluding all other employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO, Local No. 1466, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing contract between Local 1466, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and American Electric Power and U9 Counsel. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
