If a majority of valid ballots are cast for the Petitioner, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of RNs currently represented by the Petitioner. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.

Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Customer Service Delivery Driver Team Leads working out of the Employer’s facility located at 15675 Wahrman Rd, Romulus, MI 48174 may vote in the election, but their ballots shall be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility of inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following a hearing.

Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and casual temporary Pageant Helpers and Parade Helpers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1313 South Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, California. Excluded: All other employees, including employees already represented by other labor organizations, Specialists, Parade Support, office clerical employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Based on the work schedule as posted on May 10, 2024, a cast member’s first scheduled shift during the voting period (May 15, 16, or 18, 2024) will determine their designated voting location. (Any shift changes after May 10, 2024, may not reflect a change in a cast member’s voting location.) If a cast member is not scheduled to work during the voting period, their designation is listed above under TDA. A cast member can vote on any of the above days or times at their designated location.
