If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Minnesota Nurses Association, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing registered nurse unit currently represented by Minnesota Nurses Association at Essentia Health-Duluth in the Miller-Dwan Building (502 E 2nd St, Duluth, Minnesota 55805). If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
