If a majority of the voters who cast valid ballots vote yes to the first question, and a majority of the valid votes cast are in the negative as to the second question, the following employees would constitute a unit appropriate for collective bargaining: INCLUDED: All full-time, regular part-time, and on-call registered nurse case managers, registered nurse women’s health employees, and registered nurse behavioral health employees employed by the Employer who work at or from Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque.
