An employee is only eligible to vote at and will only be included on the eligible voter list for the specific Bio-Medical Applications of California, Inc. or Renal Advantage Inc. unit (i.e., either Loma Linda or Colton) at which the employee had the most hours worked during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
