Mount Vernon Ave., Suite A, Colton, California. Excluded: All other employees, Registered Nurses (RN), Charge RNs I, Charge RNs II, Bio-Medical Technicians, Social Workers, Dieticians, Clinical Educators, managerial employees, guards, confidential employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act. Others Permitted to Vote: The parties have agreed that employees in the classification of Administrative Assistant may vote in the election in Unit B, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. The per diem employees are eligible to vote provided that such employees in the unit have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. An employee is only eligible to vote at and will only be included on the eligible voter list for the specific Bio-Medical Applications of California, Inc. or Renal Advantage Inc. unit (i.e., either Loma Linda or Colton) at which the employee had the most hours worked during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
