Unit Sought: Included: All employees employed by the Employer at its facility in San Juan, Puerto Rico, including maids, food and beverage, laundry and telephone department employees. Excluded: All executive personnel and office personnel, professionals, receptionist, maintenance and repairs employees, managers, assistant managers, executive secretaries, confidential employees, controllers or auditors, assistant controllers, night auditors, food and beverage auditors, accounts receivable supervisors, payroll supervisor, credit manager, personnel manager, cashier supervisor (reception , food and beverage), warehouse and receiving supervisor, cashier supervisor (night shift only), musicians, guard and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All mechanics and technicians employed at the Employer's Mesa, Arizona Greenfield Road facility. Excluded: All other employees, office clericals, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full- time and regular part-time food service employees employed by Eurest Dining Services at Hamilton Sunstrand, 1 Hamilton Road, Buildings 1, 2 and 3, Windsor Locks, CT 06096 Excluded: directors, managers, chefs, supervisors, office clerical employees, confidential employees, and guards as defined in the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
