Unit Sought: All full time and part time forepersons, journeypersons and apprentices dry-wall tapers and finishers employed by the employer at all locations

Unit Sought: The term "employee" as used in this Agreement applies to all technical employees of the Company wherever located, employed in the Engineering department of the Company, and shall be deemed to include all of the employees who are in the classifications set forth in Article A-III including Content Producers and all employees in additional classifications which may be added to Article A-III during the term of this Agreement pursuant to the jurisdiction of the Union as defined in this Agreement. Unit Sought: Included all full-time and regular part time drivers Excluded all other employees, including office clerical employees, mechanics, dispatchers, yard workers, and supervisors and guards as defined in the act.

Unit Sought: Included All regular full time and part time security officers employed by the employer at Birmingham Alabama within the jurisdiction of the employers contract with the Federal Government. Excluded All office, clerical, professional employees, and supervisors, as defined the NLRA (Act).
