Unit Sought: Present Unit Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees, including dispatchers, lead dispatchers, lot attendants, maintenance admin, parts clerk, operators, reconciliation clerks, road supervisors, utility workers, maintenance technicians, safety trainers, and gatekeepers employed by the Company on its WMATA contract at its Virginia and Mayland Customer Service Centers (CSC or locations). Excluded: All confidential employees, guards, dispatch supervisors, human resources clerks, managerial employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, quality assurance manager, supervisors, as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees. Proposed Unit Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees, including dispatchers, lead dispatchers, lot attendants, maintenance admin, parts clerk, operators, reconciliation clerks, road supervisors, utility workers, maintenance technicians, safety trainers, and gatekeepers employed by the Company on its WMATA contract at its Virginia and Mayland locations, including all employees in the preceding that are represented for the purpose of collective bargaining by Local 639 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters ("IBT Local 639"). Excluded: All confidential employees, guards, dispatch supervisors, human resources clerks, managerial employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, quality assurance manager, supervisors, as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time Cable Locators employed by the Employer. Excluded: Office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the NLRA.
