Excluded: All other administrative employees including, but not limited to, the Chief Executive O?cer, Marketing Director, Development Director, VSO Board Members, clerical employees, con?dential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as de?ned by the Act. Anyone in any of the aforementioned excluded categories who also ?lls a performance role will be excluded from membership in their performance role as well.
