Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time drivers and monitors working at or out of the facility located at 160 Morgan Lane; York, PA and all mechanics and maintenance administrators working at the facility located at 160 Morgan Lane; York, PA Excluded: All other employees, office clericals, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time (includeding eligible per diem) employed by Del Sol Medical Center in one or more of the following three combined units: 1) technical employees, 2) business office clerical employees, and 3) service and maintenance employees. EXCLUDED: Manager, supervisors, confidential employees, guards, physicians, professional employees, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RNs, infection control/employee health nurses, skilled maintenance employees, risk management/performanace improvement and/or quality assurance or quality management nurses, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, already represented emlpoyees and per diem employees who do not otherswise qualify as regular employees according to the NLRB.
