Unit Sought: All full time and part time drivers and driver trainers employed by the Employer, First Student, Inc. at the Gresham-Barlow location; excluding all managers, supervisors and all others not defined as employees by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time journeymen, apprentices, and helper sprinkler fitters who install, maintain and service fire sprinkler systems; excluding supervisors, professionals, designers, shop workers, delivery personal, secretaries, office personal, guards all other representated crafts and exclusions under the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Road Supervisors employed by the Employer at its North Las Vegas Paratransit operations located at 3214 Citizen Avenue, North Las Vegas, NV 890312. Excluded: All other employees, guards, and managers as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All non-marine laborers construction and demolition work of the Employer including Traffic Control, buildings, highways, environmental remediation, site prep, dust control, site utility, and all other work falling under classifications under Appendix 1, Schedule A groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 of the Western and Central Washington Master Labor agreement. Excluded: All the Employer's Marine work and all the Employer's equipment operation on land based construction and demolition jobs.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time drivers and mechanics employed by the Employer at its Seattle, Washington facilities, excluding office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
