Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time guards as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the Act (NLRA), including security officers, guards, security police officers and part-time supervisors, employed by the Company at its job sites at the Federal Building/U.S. Courthouse located in Oklahoma City, Moore, Durant, Stillwater, Hugo, Enid, Shawnee, Chickasha, Ada, Clinton, Lawton, Ardmore, Tulsa, Bartlesville, Miami, poteau and Okmulgee, Oklahoma; Excl.
