Unit Sought: Proposed: All employees engaged in construction, installation, operation and/or maintenance of electrical, electronic and/or mechanical equipment and supplemental equipment used for transmission, production or reproduction of video and/or audio intelligence, including, but not necessarily liimited to, persons employed in the classifications in Article V (of the parties' CBA) and any amendments thereto, and including automated studio control operators; Excluding employees engaged primarily to perform as talent and/or entertainers, clerical and office employees, news cameramen, film editors, salesmen, janitors, guards and supervisors as defined in the NLRA of 1947.

Unit Sought: All full-time regular part-time STNAs, dietary employees, laundry and housekeeping employees, excluding all office clerical employees and all professional employees, guards and sueprvisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Bus Drivers and Bus Monitors currently working at ABC Bus Company, 80 Newbury St. Rochester, NY Excluded: All others as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All essential non-licensed employees employed by the Lyon County Sheriff's Department, Marshall, Minnesota who are public employees within the meaning of Minn. Stat. SEc. 179A.03. subd. 14; excluding supervisory, confidential and all other employees.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time technical employees including the following classifications: Anesthesia Technician; Opthamalic Technologist; Surgical Technologist; excluding all supervisors, managers, registered nurses, confidential employees, currently represented employees, guards, and all toher employees.
