Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time drivers and truck mechanics employed by the Employer at its Providence, Rhode Island facility. Excluded: All material handlers, plant maintenance employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, managers, guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, supplemental and per diem Nurse Practitioners, Physician Associates, and Physician Assistants (collectively referred to as Advance Practice Provider or APPs) employed by Legacy Medical Group in Pediatric Medical Specialties in Oregon and Washington, including CNS, PMHNP, NNP, and PNP.
