Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees in the positions/classifications/titles of Media Ingest and Quality Control Technician, Content Editor, Copy Coordinator, Senior Copy Coordinator, Software Developer, Full Stack Web Developer, Front End Web Developer, Broadcast Maintenance Engineer, Transmitter Maintenance Engineer, Post Production Systems Engineer, Digital Graphic Designer, Network Inventory Specialist, Senior Promotions Motion Graphics Designer, Promotions Motion Graphics Designer, Network Program Planner, Programming Coordinator, Programming Planner/Technical Support Specialist I, Network Promotions Log Editor, On-Air Promotions Producer, Junior Promotions Producer, Senior Promotions Producer, Screener, Social Media Coordinator, Log Editor, and E-commerce Support Specialist who are assigned to work for the Employer, whether in-office or remotely, at its Chicago, IL location currently located at 26 North Halsted Street, Chicago, Illinois 60661. Excluded: All employees in the positions/classifications/titles of Technical Support Specialist I, Technical Support Specialist II, Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Office Clerk, Senior Software Developer, National Digital Writer, Human Resources Department employees, Engineering employees who are already members of the IBEW Local 1220 bargaining unit, all other employees, all other managerial and confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that all full-time and regular part-time employees in the positions/classifications/titles of Senior Content Editor, Promotions Coordinator Supervisor, Senior Screener, Admin office Assistant, Media Assistant, Building Maintenance Technician, Senior Web Developer, and Network Inventory Manager may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. Mail ballot recipients: The parties have agreed that employees working fully remote or on night shift in the following positions/classifications/titles will receive ballots delivered by United States mail: Traffic Log Editor, Senior Promotions Motion Graphic Designer, Network Programming Planner, Copy Coordinator, and Media Ingest & Quality Control Technician. No other employees will receive mail ballots.
