Unit Sought: All full time & regular part-time production, maintenance & transportation employees employed by the employer in its vault division at the employer's Clackamas, OR facility, but excluding all employees employed by the employer in its casket division at the employer's Clackamas, OR facility, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Unit 2; All nurses and technicians including LPN, medical lab technician, registered diet technician, diet technician, COTA, CP, TA, radioligic technolgists, lab technician, phlabnotomist listed in Appendix A of the 2008-2010 collective bargaining agreement. Exdcluded: All other classifications.

Unit Sought: All professional employees including registered nurses, graduate nurses, laboratory technologisists and social workers listed in Appendix A of the 2008-2010 collective bargarning agreement. Excluded: Other classifications of nurses, nurse practioners, physician assistants, occupational, respiratory and physical therapists, infection control proactioner, in service instructor, pharmacists, confidential-clerical, supervisors, management and guards.
