Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisos.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time all purpose clerks, deli clerks, floral clerks, courtesy clerks, helper clerks and bakery sales clerks employed by the Employer at its Kalispell, Montana facility; excluding all other employees, the store director, grocery manager, third person, fourth person, fifth person, scan coordinator, front end manager, bookkeeper, produce manager, service deli manager, general merchandise/non-food employees, courtesy booth/lobby employees, fuel center employees, product demonstrators, pharmacy employees, janitors, and guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
