Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time employees engaged in the installation, maintenance, and/or repair of automatic fire protection systems. Excluded: Supervisors as defined under the Act, guards, designers, delivery personnel and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and regular part-time bus drivers. Excluded: All office clerical workers, dispatchers, mechanics/technicians, guards,monitors, supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: Mixer Driver, Mechanic 1, Mechanic II, Mechanic III, Plant and Pit Truck Driver, Greasers, Sweeper, Utility, Employed by the Employer in San Diego County. Excluded: Executives, superintendents, assistant superintedents, watchperson, weighmasters, timekeepers, payroll clerks, distpachers and all clerical or offcie workers.

Unit Sought: Included Drivers, Dispatchers, Special Operation Leads, Drivers, Testers Excluded Project Manager, Assistant Project manager and all other supervisors as defined by the Act.
