Unit Sought: All counter employees in the Airport terminals who rent cars to customers of both the Avis and Budget brands (approximately 77 total employees); and all employees in the "A" and "B" side garages doing check-out and check-in and who work in the "Avis Preferred" and "Budget Fastbreak" areas (approximately 47 total employees)

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full time and part time shuttle bus drivers employed by the Employer at its St. Louis, Missour facility EXCLUDED: office clerical and professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All drivers and helpers for Resident Front End, Roll Off and Swing Departments at the Company's Mermphis, Tennessee and Olive Barnch, Mississippi and Millington, Tennesssee locations. Excluded: Supervisors, Garage Employees and Office personnel.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time maintenance employees. Excluded: All other employees, guards, and supervisors as described by the Act.

Excluding office clericals, guards and supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the Act.
