Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem Registered Nurses, including those who service as relief charge nurses, employed by the Employer at 5000 W. Oakland Park Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33313. Excluded: Managers, supervisors, confidential employees, guards, physicians, residents, central business office employees (whether facility based or not) who are solely engaged in qualifying or collection activities or are employed by another Tenet entity, such as Syndicated Office Systems or Patient Financial Services, employees of outside registries, traveling nurses, permanents charge nurses, employees of other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, and already represented employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees, including eligible per diem employed by Florida Medical Center at its facilities located at 5000 W. Oakland Park Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33313 in the following combined unit: 1) technical employees, 2) service and maintenance employees, and 3) skilled maintenance employees. Excluded: Managers, supervisors, confidential employees, guards, physicians, residents, central business office employees (whether facility based or not), employees of outside registries, traveling nurses, registered nurses, permanent charge nurse, business office clerical employees of other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, already represented employees, and per diem employees who do not otherwise qualify as regular employees according to the NLRB.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time mechanics, lube techs and light duty employees employed by the Employer whose facilities are located at 11144 Stillwater Blvd. N., Lake Elmo, MN 55042.

Unit Sought: Included: All permanent full-time and permanent part-time Smith Village (Senior Living) employees in the following titles: Certified Nurse Aid (CNA), Locense Practical Nurse (LPN), Dietary Worker (cook, servers, dish washer, food runner, hostess and utility aide), Laundry Worker, Housekeeper, Maintenance Worker, Floor Tech, Activities Worker (L.E.F.), Receptionist, Clerk, Medical Records, Nurse Manager/Scheduler and R.A. Excluded: All supervisory, managerial and confidential employees as defined by the Act.
