Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time drivers employed by the Employer at our out of 14710 Northam Street, La Mirada, CA 90638 Excluded: All office clerical employees, sales employees, production and maintenance employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer's Hayward Facility. Excluded: All administrative personnel, supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.
