Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, egular part-time, and per diem Registered Nurses, employed by the Employer at its 7531 S. Stony Island Avenue, Chicago, Illinois facility. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, employees of outside regisitries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, already represented employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors within the meaning of the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and part-time employees who dispatch from Washington County Operations designated as Emergency Medical Technicians, (EMT's), Paramedics, Intermediate and Basics; excluding Dispatchers, Vehicle Service Technicians, Mechanics, Office Staff and Guards.
