Unit Sought: All full -time and regular part-time and per diem employees (who work an average of 4 or more hours per week during any 13 week period) employed by Copley at Stoughton, Stoughton, Massachusetts facility, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, cooks, housekeepers, environmental service workers, dietary aides, activity aides, receptionists, maintenance workers and schedulers Managerial employees, confidential employeees, all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act
