Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time service sales representatives ("SSRs"), route skippers, shuttle drivers, warehouse loaders and unloaders, and new account installers employed at the Employer's facility located at 12 Harbor Park Drive, Port Washington, New York, excluding all sales representatives, office clerical employees, guards, and service training coordinators, route check-in coordinators, management trainees, managers, and other supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time production and maintenance employees, including but not limited to warehouse workers, line leaders, warehouse clericals, pickers, seaters, hi-lo operators, drivers, shipping and receiving clerks, porters, and cleaners. Excluded: Executives, supervisors, guards, clerical and sales employees and defined in the LMRA.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time Technical Service Drivers, Chemists and Truck-to-truck technicians employed by the Employer at its 2858 Route 322, Bridgeport, New Jersey facility, including all Apollo Program chemists assigned to Merck and Company in West Point, Pennsylvania and those chemists and technicians assigned to Bristol Meyers Squibb locations in Hopewell, Lawrenceville and New Brunswick New Jersey. EXCLUDED: All field Service Drivers, Specialists, Coordinators, Environmental Technicians, Foremen, Mechanics, Managers, National Transportation employees, Murphy's Waste Oil Services, Inc. employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees.
