Unit Sought: The instant petition seeks to change the name and address of the employer of the unit to “Staffco of Brooklyn, LLC”, at the address listed in the petition. Staffco of Brooklyn, LLC is now the employer of the employees at issue. All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem teacher aides, teaching assistants, teachers and psychologists employed by the employer at the Stanley S. Lamm Preschool. Excluded from the bargaining unit are all confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, students whose performance of work at the Employer is a part of the educational course of study such students are pursuing, part time employees who work a total of one fifth of the contractually defined full-time work week or less for the job classification in which they work and temporary employees. Employees in the bargaining unit are referred to in this Agreement as “Employees” or “bargaining unit members”.

For the purposes of this Agreement: 1. A regular, part-time security guard is one whom the employer regularly scheduled to work fifteen (15) or more hours per week.

Unit Sought: The instant petition seeks to change the name and address of the employer of the unit to “StaffCo of Brooklyn, LLC”, at the address listed in the petition. Staffco of Brooklyn, LLC is now the employer of the employees at issue. This agreement covers all of the employees in the bargaining unit at the SUNY Downstate at Long Island College Hospital (the "Hospital") consisting of all full-time, regular part-time and per diem registered professional nurses, temporary employees, as defined in Section 4.04, and persons authorized by permit to practice as registered professional nurses including staff nurses, assistant nursing care coordinators, case managers, and community health coordinators, and Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives (the "employees"). Excluded from each of aforesaid bargaining units are supervisory, confidential, executive and managerial employees, physicians, dentists, students whose performance of work at the Hospital is a part of the educational course of study such students are pursuing, student load officers, student nurse recruiters, nurse anesthetists, clinical educators, school of nursing instructors and assistant instructors, clinical coordinators, nurse managers, clinical nurse specialists, and all other employees, guards and supervisors within the meaning of the National Labor Relations Act.
