Seventh Ave., Barstow, California, 92311 in the following combined unit: 1) service and maintenance employees; 2) technical employees; and 3) skilled maintenance employees. Excluded: Professional employees, business office clerical employees, registered nurses, managers, supervisors, confidential employees, guards, physicians, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RNs, infection control/employee health nurses, risk management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance or quality management nurses, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, already represented employees and per them employees who do not otherwise qualify as regular employees according to the NLRB.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time production, distribution, maintenance and laboratory technicians employed by the Employer at its Antioch, California facility. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Including All container full time and part time deckmen and dockmen employed by the Employer at thet Port of Savannah, Georgia Excluding All other employees, office clericals, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and regular-part teachers working at Kaplan International Centers New York (East Village, Midtown, Empire State Building) Excluded: All other employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
