Unit Sought: Included: all production and maintenance employees. Excluded: all clerical employees, temporary employees, laboratory employees, truck drivers, mechanics, foremen, professional employees, guards and supervisors.

Unit Sought: All Quality Assurance employees employed at the Employer's facility located at 4100 Port Union Road, Fairfield, OH and exlcuding office clerical employes, all other employees and professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All maintenance employees, including carpenters, painters, maintenance assistants, lockmiths, electricians, floor technicians, biomed and imaging technicians, audio and visual technicians, and all engineer employees operating and maintaining all boilers, generators, and all other appliances, systems, and equipment associated with the physical plant of the Hospital and associated buildings within the Peace Health Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend, and the RiverBend Annex and its associated off site facilities and rental properties; excluding all other employees, including supervisors, managerial employees and confidential employees, office clerical and guards.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem Registered Nurses, employed by the Employer at 101 East Ridge Road, McAllen, Texas 78503. EXCLUDED: All other employees, confidential employees, physicians, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RNs, infection control/employee health nurses, risk management nurses, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, already represented employees, permanent charge nurses, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem (who worked an average of four hours per week in the thirteen week period immediately preceding the approval date of the this stipulation) employees, including EMT’s, Paramedics (including field trainers and lead technicians), cardiac technicians, intermediates, telecommunications operators, dispatchers, and wheelchair car drivers employed by Respondent at its operations in the states of Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, but excluding office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
