Excluded: All non Register Nurses Lactation Consultants, supervisors, guards and confidential employees as defined by the Act

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time fitters, fusers, welders, laborers, and operators who are employed by the Employer in the State of Oregon. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
