Unit Sought: Included: All probationary and non-probationary core musicians as well as substitute musicians eligible via application of the Juilliard formula: substitute musicians who performed during at least two performance periods in the 2025-2026 season or who performed during at least three performance periods in the two combined 2024-2026 seasons. Excluded: All other administrative employees including, but not limited to, the Chief Executive O?cer, Marketing Director, Development Director, VSO Board Members, clerical employees, con?dential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as de?ned by the Act. Anyone in any of the aforementioned excluded categories who also ?lls a performance role will be excluded from membership in their performance role as well. Also excluded are substitute musicians who do not meet the eligibility criteria after application of the Juilliard formula, i.e. substitute musicians who performed during fewer than two periods in the 2025-2026 season or fewer than three performance periods during the two combined 2024-2026 seasons.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time route representatives, shuttle and wholesale drivers and helpers Excluded: Managers, supervisors, sales, office clerical stockroom, inside production employees, guards, custodians and all other personnel excluded by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time regular and regular part time Plumbing Service Technicians and Plumbing Service Apprentices employed by the Employer out of its office currently located at 550 Schrock Road, Columbus, OH 43229. Excluded: All other employees, clericals, guards, professional employees, managerial employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.
