Unit Sought: Included: The Petitioner seeks to expand the existing unit at 7201 East Front St. to include employees from the Employer's 807 Roseport Road location via Armour-Globe election. The proposed bargaining unit is as follows: "All employees at the Employer's shop and/or shops located at 7201 East Front Street, Kansas City, MO 64120 and 807 Roseport Road, Elwood, KS 66090 who are engaged in the repairing, maintenance, transporting, and handling of construction equipment of any kind or type, owned, stored, or leased by the Employer." Excluded: Office clerical employees, salesmen, superintendents, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. PROPOSED AMENDED UNIT: Included: All employees at the Employer's shop located at 807 Roseport Road, Elwood, KS 66090 who are engaged in the repairing, maintenance, transporting, and handling of construction equipment of any kind or type, owned, stored, or leased by the Employer.
