EXCLUDED: All non-front of house and food and beverage employees, managers, office clerical employees and guards, and professional employees as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time drivers and shuttle drivers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 4522 E. Wetherbee, Orlando, Florida 32824 Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time route and transport drivers as well as all full-time and regular part-time warehouse employees, including forklift operators, loaders, unloaders, pickers, shipping and receiving and jockeys.
