Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP A - PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES Included: All full-time and regular part-time professional employees, including Associate Curator of Exhibits and Engagement, Collections Specialist, Database and Research Specialist, Exhibits Designer, Media Archivist, Web Manager1 employed by the Employer at its museum and resource center facilities in Seattle, Washington. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the following non-professional classifications of Mercantile Manager and Visitor Services and Sales Lead may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election Excluded: All non-professional employees, all other employees, and managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. VOTING GROUP B - NON-PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES Included: All full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees, including Development & Membership Coordinator, Digital Image Technician, Digital Media Specialist, Education Office Coordinator, Events Services Coordinator, Graphic Designer, Individual Giving Manager, K12 & Youth Programs Educator, K12 & Youth Programs Coordinator, Lead Custodian, Library Associate/Visitor Services & Sales Associate, Membership Manager, Public Programs Coordinator, Public Programs Specialist, Special Events Manager, Events Support Staff/ Visitor Services & Sales Associate, Visitor Services & Sales Associate, Exhibits Preparator, and Events Support Staff employed by the Employer at its museum and resource center facilities in Seattle, Washington.2 Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
