Unit Sought: All physical and technical employees of the Employer in its gas transmission operation, including district clerks, all office clerical employees of Employer at its operating headquarters in San Francisco, CA and Spokane, WA. Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time equipment operators, heavy-duty repairmen and/or welders, tractor, skiploaders, rubber-tired skiploaders, backhoe operators, equipment greasers, spotters, tire grinder operators, crusher operators and water truck operators at the following locations: New Arrow Landfill and the Nu-Way Landfill in Irwindale, California, as well as the Azusa Landfill and Reclamation location in Azusa, California. Excluded: Truck Drivers, laborers, office clerical personnel, guards, supervisors and professional employees as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All production and maintenance employees, including shipping and receiving employees at the Company's 1929 Columbia Avenue, Indianapolis, IN facility Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Maintenance personnel including Engineers, Locksmiths, Painters, Carpenters, Tile Setters and Carpet Layers employed by the Employer at 3667 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89109 Excluded: Security Guards, Secretaries and other personnel defined by the act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full and regular part-time and dispatchers Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time admitting specialists, admitting specialist leads, and bed board coordinators employed at KSMC 10180 SE Sunnyside Rd., Clackamas OR; excluding all other employees including supervisors, managers, guards and professionals.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time nursing assistants certifed (CNA), med aides, nursing assistants registered (RNA), resident aides, activities assistants, social service assistants, receptionists, maintenance employees, transport drivers, cooks, dietary aides, laundry employees, and housekeeping employees employed by the employer at its McCleary, Washington location. Excluded: All registered nurses (RN), licensed practical nurses (LPN), confidential employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.
