Unit Description: All physical and technical employees of the Employer in its gas transmission operation, including district clerks, all office clerical employees of Employer at its operating headquarters in San Francisco, CA and Spokane, WA. Excluded: Control operators at the Employer's operating headquarters, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and confidential employees, including personnel clerks and the secretaries to the officers (President, Vice President of Operations, Manager of Personell and Administrative Services, Vice President of Engineering and Construction, Vice President of Finance, and the General Counsel) Description of Proposed Clarification: The proposed unit clarification would add employees, in job classifications already included in the bargaining unit, who work at the Employer's new operation (Tuscarora Pipeline).
