Unit Sought: VOTING GROUP B (professional): All full-time and regular part-time Case Managers, Crisis Case Managers, Lead Crisis Managers, Residential Case Managers, Waiver Facilitators, Therapists, Outpatient Therapists, Mobile Response Therapists, Providers, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Business and Clinical Quality Analysts, Clinical Consultant Electronic Health Record, Clinical Quality and Outcomes Coordinators, Charge Nurses, Organizational Excellence Coordinator, IOP and Admissions Clinicians, and Homeless Outreach Specialists employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 200 Maine Street, 346 Maine Street, 1000 West 2nd Street and 950 West 2nd Street, Lawrence, Kansas, but EXCLUDING office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. If a majority of the professional employees in Voting Group B vote for inclusion in a unit with all other non-professional employees (Voting Group A), the following employees will constitute a unit appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining within the meaning of Section 9(b) of the Act:
