Petitioned-For Voting Group: All customer service representatives and dispatchers in Asheville, North Carolina, excluding clerical and supervisory employees. Resulting Unit: all employees classified as Bus Operators, Garage Employees, customer service representatives, and dispatchers in Asheville, North Carolina, excluding clerical and supervisory employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time maintenance workers, in the following job classifications: HVAC, Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, Locksmiths, Carpenter, and working Leads employed by Aramark Management Services, LP at the University of Hartford located at 200 Bloomfield Ave., West Hartford, Connecticut. Excluded: All sales analysts, business services analysts, operations finance specialists, custodial employees, student workers, directors, subcontractors, temporary or relief employees, office clerical employees, managers, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time operators, technicians, drivers, mechanics, and crew lead employed by the Employer in and out of this facility located at 14740 5 M Center Drive, Romulus, MI 48174 Excluded: Guards and supervisors as defined by the act.

Unit Sought: Included: Full-time and regular part-time service and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at Augustana Chapel View Homes, Inc., including nonsupervisory registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, registered nursing assistants, cooks and culinary assistants, maintenance technicians, custodians, health unit coordinators, housekeeping and laundry aides, activities and assisted living staff, transportation aides, subject to the exclusion listed separately. Excluded: Confidential employees, directors, casual/on-call employees, office and clerical staff, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time stage production employees employed by the Employer, including but not limited to all stage carpentry, electrical, property, audio-visual, lighting, pyrotechnic, rigging backstage setup work, and all other related work recognized as traditionally falling within the jurisdiction of the Unions, including employees in the following classifications: audio engineer, lead audio engineer, production technician, lead production technician, production manager, lighting director, stagehand, and technical director. Excluded: office clerical employees guard, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act (the "Act).

Unit Sought: Included: STNA, HSKP, Laundry, Dietary, AL Care Attendant, Floor Tech and Activities. Excluded: All other employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All UMWA represented employees of Direct Results in Waynesburg, PA. Excluded: Office clerical employees, professional employees, guuards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Warehouse Operators employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 3900 Rock Creek Blvd, Joliet, IL. Excluded: All Floor Shift Managers, Site Managers, office clericals, confidential employees, managerial employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Team Leads and Data Processing Clerks may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit.
