All regular full-time and part-time drivers emplyed by the Employer who are regularly posted on a full-time or part-time basis at Stony Brook Univeristy Medical Center excl; All other driver employees of the employer, as well as administrative, clerical, professional, confidential, casual, per diem, seasonal, guard employees, supervisors and managerial employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time sign and display installers Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and and exclusive bargaining representative of the following bargaining unit certified by the National Labor Relations Board on August 17, 2011 in Case No. 13-RC-60749: full time and regular part time service technicians, support specialists and customer relations specialists, sweepers and helpers employed by the Company to perform services in the geographical territory of District 8320, excluding all other employees, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

The Petioners seeks a self-determination election in the voting group of emplyees listed on the petition. The election would determine whether the Petitioned for emplyees desire to be represented by teh Petitioner and included in the existing unit, described below, pursuant to Armour & Co., 40 NLRB 1333(1942) Globe Machine and Stamping Co., 3 NLRB 294 (1937). Existing Unit Description: All full-time operators, working foremen, machinists, electricians, mechanics and helpers, warehouse workers foremen and warehouse attendants, operations shift attendants, chemistry technicians, radiation protecton technicians, fire protection technicians, chemistry lead technicians, radiation prtection lead technicians, and fire prtection lead technicians.

Unit Sought: Including: All full-time and regular part-time professional employees, including registered nurses, dieticians and social workers who work at the Employer's facility in San German, Puerto Rico. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time/part-time material handlers, maintenance, inventory and yard jockeys. Excluded: All other classifications, clerical, temps, guards, supervisors and professional employees as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-ime and regular part-time employees in maintenance and production, including plumbers, welders, electricians, assemblers. Excluded: All office, clerical, sales, service, supervisory, professional, managerial and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included All production employees and truck drivers whose duties do not require an overnight stay employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 1924 Compton Avenue, Los Angeles, CA Excluded All other employees, plant clerical employees, professional employees, truck drivers whose duties require an overnight stay, guards and supervisors

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time construction employees (including but not limited to yard workers, equipment operators, truck drivers, crew leaders and working foreman) employed by the employer at its Harleysville, PA facility.
