Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Scanners and Pullers employed by Harvest Meat Co., in National City, CA Excluded: All maintenance, drivers, lumpers, sales, office, clerical, security guards, supervisors as defined by the Act and all other employees

Unit Sought: Included: full-time and regular part-time housekeeping, housemen, engineer, laundry and front desk employees Excluded: other clerical employees, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time employees, including maintenance and messenger employees, receptionist, secretaries, special services platform workers, programmers, loan clerk, accounting clerks, billing clerks, teller and billing adjusters employed by the Employer at its facilities in Cabo Rojo and Hormigueros, Puerto Rico. Excluded: All executive employees, Executive President, Secretary to the Executive President EDP Director, Compliance Officer, Director of Human Resources, Operations Officer, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time employees classified as Manufacturing Operator I, Manufacturing Operator II, Manufacturing Operator III, Production Technician III, Inspector, Shipping and Receiving and Warehouse Excluded: All other employees, including those excluded by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All medical assitants, senior assistants and patient care assistants at the Employer's facilities located at 530 First Avenue, Suite 10Q, New York, NY 10016. 150 East 32nd Street, 1st floor, New York, NY 10016 and 419 Park Avenue South, suite 1305, New York, NY 10016, residual to the Union's existing non-professional bargaining unit. Excluded: All supervisors and guards as defined in the Act.
