Those Employee Classifications listed in Article V of the parties' CBA include the following All Other Engineers Maintenance, Post Production, Crew Chief Studio Building Maintenance Maintenance Technician Description of proposed unit: All employees of the Employer who are engaged in the construction. installation, operation and/or maintenance of the electrical, electronic and/or mechanical equipment and supplemental equipment and apparatus used for or involved in the transmission or transference, production or reproduction of video and/or audio intelligence including but not necessarily limited to persons employed in the classifications listed in Article V and any amendments thereto, and including Production Specialists; excluding employees engaged primarily to perform as talent and/or entertainers, clerical and office employees, news photographers, editors, salesmen. Janitors, watchmen and guards and supervisory employees as defined in the Labor Management Relations Act of 194 7 and all other employees of the Company.
