Unit Clairification: Boston University is in the process of building a National Engineering Infectious Diseases Laboratory ("NEIDL") on its Medical Campus in Boston and is currently hiring approximately 22 police officers and dispatchers tow ork at the facility. The Boston University Police Patrolmen's Association ("BUPPA") brings this petition to clarify that these newly hired police officers and civilian dispatchers should be included in the BUPPA baragaining unit.
